Mark Wassink, managing partner of Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been named to the inaugural Crain’s Grand Rapids Business 2026 Who’s Who in West Michigan. The directory recognizes leaders whose expertise, leadership and influence are shaping the West Michigan business community.
Who’s Who succeeds Crain’s 200 Most Influential Leaders in West Michigan program. The new directory features nearly 200 leaders from business, government, philanthropy, education, the arts and other sectors. Crain’s will update the online directory regularly to reflect leadership changes and emerging voices in the region, and it will publish the directory annually in The Book.
Crain’s newsroom selected the 2026 honorees through its editorial process. There is no nomination or application process.
As Warner’s managing partner, Wassink chairs the firm’s Management Committee and guides its strategic direction and growth. Warner is one of Michigan’s largest law firms, with more than 230 attorneys practicing from offices in Bloomfield Hills, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Macomb County, Midland and Muskegon.
Wassink is serving his second term as managing partner. He joined Warner in 1992, became a partner in 2001 and was named managing partner in 2022. Earlier in his career at Warner, he chaired the Recruiting Committee and Professional Staff Committee.
His practice focuses on business, commercial finance and related matters. Best Lawyers in America® named Wassink Grand Rapids Corporate Lawyer of the Year in 2023 and 2025. He also has been recognized by Leading Lawyers.
Wassink serves on the board of The Right Place Inc. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
