Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager Mandice McAllister has joined Arbor Circle’s board of directors. The term is a three-year commitment.
Arbor Circle provides mental health counseling, substance use treatment, family development support, adoption and foster care services, prevention programming and quality child care resources and referral services. The organization is well established in the West Michigan area with deep roots in its communities and locations in five counties (Kent, Muskegon, Newaygo, Allegan and Ottawa), and serves thousands of children, adults and families each year. Mandice McAllister provides strategic leadership for Warner’s internal and external DEI-related programs and processes, including the firm’s DEI Action Committee. She also serves as co-chair of Mosaic, an employee resource group for Black, Indigenous and people of color. Mandice is a member of the 2023 class of 40 Under 40 from Crain’s Grand Rapids Business. She currently serves on the National Black MBA Association for the Greater Michigan Chapter and on Comprehensive Therapy Center’s board of directors. In 2021, Mandice was a finalist for DEI Champion of the Year at the EPIC Awards for the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
