Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partners Kurt Kissling, Gaëtan Gerville-Réache and Dennis Donohue are presenting on key environmental topics to attendees of the Michigan Aggregates Association 2023 Annual Conference on Wednesday, Feb. 8 and Thursday, Feb. 9.
Kissling’s presentation on Feb. 8 is titled “Environmental Justice (EJ) and Its Expanding Influence on Environmental Permitting, Compliance and Enforcement,” and will dive into how EJ is impacting various permitting processes.
Gerville- Réache and Donohue are presenting on Feb. 9 “How the Sackett Decision Impacts the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS),” and will highlight how rules promulgated by federal agencies under the Clean Water Act are impacting the transportation construction sector’s ability to deliver infrastructure improvements.
The event begins with an MSHA 8-hour training with Joe McGuire Ph.D., an independent safety and health consultant retired from CRH on Tuesday, Feb. 7, and is followed by two additional days of breakout sessions and presentations, and a trade show reception on Thursday, Feb. 9.
