- Sick Time Between Jan. 1 – Feb. 21, 2025 – Can employers “take credit” for time they gave employees on Jan. 1 toward the ESTA requirements?
- 120-Day Waiting Period for New Employees – Is this available for all employers, or does it only apply to those using the accrual method?
