Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Laura A. Jeltema has been selected as a Crain’s Grand Rapids Business Notable Leader in Accounting, Consulting and Law.

Jeltema is a partner in Warner’s Grand Rapids office and focuses her practice on estate planning, advising high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices on trust and estate administration and planning, tax planning, private foundations and wealth preservation. She chairs the firm’s Private Client and Family Office Industry Group, serves on multiple Warner committees and often mentors associates.
Active both professionally and in the community, Jeltema serves on the West Michigan Estate Planning Counsel, Access to Justice West Michigan Campaign Committee and the Grand Rapids Community Foundation Professional Advisory Committee. She is a graduate of Leadership Grand Rapids.
Throughout her career, Jeltema has been a passionate educator. Since 2023, she’s served as a teacher for the Grand Rapids Bar Association’s 3Rs program for Ottawa Hills High School students. She was also a guest lecturer at Georgetown University Law Center and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Jeltema has been recognized numerous times for her estate planning work, including Best Lawyers in America® and Chambers High Net Worth Guide for private wealth law in Michigan. She was also selected as a Top Lawyer in trusts and estates by Grand Rapids Magazine.
Jeltema is currently a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, the District of Columbia Bar Association and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
