The Macomb County Planning and Economic Development will host its Real Estate Exchange 2026 to connect developers, investors, brokers and business leaders directly with municipal representatives from across the county.
Mark Hackel, Macomb County executive, and Vicky Rowinski, Macomb planning and economic director, will offer welcome remarks.
Warner attorney Kurt Brauer will participate in the panel discussion designed to offer insight into available commercial, industrial sites, community priorities and upcoming game changing community projects shaping the region’s growth. The panelists will discuss strategies for advancing projects in Michigan’s third most populated county.
At Warner, Brauer counsels clients on economic development, environmental compliance and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on brownfield redevelopment, repositioning underutilized assets and securing business expansion incentive packages in Michigan, as well as other jurisdictions.
