Joscelyn Cekola Boucher Named Executive Partner of Warner’s Kalamazoo Office

Joscelyn Cekola Boucher has been named executive partner for Warner Norcross + Judd's Kalamazoo office.

Boucher will lead the 18-attorney office, which is located in downtown Kalamazoo and serves the needs of clients in multiple industries, including banking, higher education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and many others. Kalamazoo is one of eight Warner offices across the state of Michigan.

Boucher concentrates her practice on corporate and securities law, representing emerging growth companies in all stages of development. She counsels clients on a variety of business transactions, such as venture capital financing, private placements, strategic alliances, research and development, technology licensing and acquisition, international business, clinical and pre-clinical study agreements and others.

Active professionally and in the community, Boucher was recognized on Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star list for six years. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Kalamazoo Bar Association. A native of Kalamazoo, Boucher is invested in the community through nonprofit activities.

Boucher holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Michigan and her doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Michigan Law School.
