IJGlobal Names Gordie Howe International Bridge 2018 Deal of the Year

The Gordie Howe International Bridge project has been named the 2018 North American Road Deal of the Year by IJGlobal.

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is honored to serve as the U.S. legal advisor to the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority on the $5.7 billion CAN (estimated $4.4 billion US) agreement to design, build, finance, operate and maintain this historic project that will link the United States and Canada. This is the third international infrastructure award the project has received this year.

The Gordie Howe International Bridge was selected for the organization’s prestigious awards. The IJGlobal Awards have celebrated excellence and innovation in the international infrastructure and energy sectors for the past 16 years. Each year, the IJGlobal Awards Winners are announced in the Americas, Europe and Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific. The Bridge received the Deal of the Year Award yesterday at one of the organization’s 2018 international award dinners.
