Haley E. Clough has joined Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as an associate in the firm’s Grand Rapids office.
At Warner, Clough will focus on estate planning and trust and estate settlement. She brings six years of experience in probate, trusts and estates, corporate law and governance, real estate and litigation, working with businesses, property management companies and individuals on a range of projects from real estate lease and purchase agreements to business formation and buy-sell agreements.
Prior to joining Warner, Clough was an associate with Kotz Sangster Wysocki, P.C. in Grand Rapids.
A member of the State Bar of Michigan, she has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers. She serves on the board of the Grand Rapids Rental Property Owners Association, regularly presenting on rental, collection and business succession topics.
Clough holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan with honors and a juris doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she was notes and comment editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality.
A native of Corunna, Clough now resides in Belmont with her husband, Kyle, and their children, Crew and Lilah.
