Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Danelle Harrington has joined Hidden Harvest’s board of trustees. The term is a three-year commitment.
Hidden Harvest’s mission is to alleviate hunger and end food waste in the Great Lakes Bay Region by providing a safe and coordinated system of rescuing surplus food and redistributing it to feed people in need. More than 40 million pounds of healthy and nutritious food items have been distributed to hunger relief agencies since 1994. The nonprofit serves more than 180 agencies with more than 300 food donors contributing surplus food.
Danelle Harrington focuses her practice on trusts and estates – assisting individuals, families and businesses plan for today and generations to come. Within her practice, Harrington helps clients develop and fine tune their estate plans, manage probate and trust administration after the death of a loved one, and navigate succession plans for family businesses. Her practice involves planning for farm families as well as other agricultural-based businesses. She serves on Star of the West Milling Company’s board of directors and is a member of the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council.
