Danelle E. Harrington Joins Warner

Danelle E. Harrington has joined Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as a partner.

Harrington focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business formation, succession planning and real estate transactions. She works with clients to create plans that fit their unique needs, never taking a one-size-fits-all approach. She is well-versed in Michigan’s property tax laws, helping clients transfer, buy and sell property and reviewing oil and gas leases as well as wind and solar energy agreements. Having grown up on a family farm, she has a passion for helping farm owners transition their business to the next generation.

Harrington is practicing in Warner’s Midland office and serving clients throughout the Great Lakes Bay region. She has joined the firm’s Business and Corporate Services and Trusts and Estates practice groups.

Before joining Warner, Harrington was a partner with Smith Bovill, P.C. in Saginaw. She previously served as a law clerk at the Michigan Tax Tribunal and an extern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana.

Harrington is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Saginaw County Bar Association. She is a member of the Saginaw Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network and is a newly elected board member of the Star of the West Milling Company. She is past president the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council board.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in personal financial planning magna cum laude from Central Michigan University and a law degree cum laude from the Valparaiso University School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review.

Harrington resides in Saginaw with her husband, Dylan.
