Crain’s Detroit Business has again recognized Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as one of the “Best Places to Work in Southeastern Michigan.”
Warner was the highest-ranked law firm on the list and was selected for its commitment to work-life balance, workplace flexibility and excellent compensation and benefits package. The firm was noted for offering paid time off so team members in its nine offices can volunteer for nonprofits in their communities, as well as its firm-sponsored diversity book club and paid sabbaticals.
Crain’s developed the Best Places to Work list based on feedback from an employee survey designed to determine which companies upped their game to best respond to economic turmoil. Companies were honored for their success engaging employees, making them feel heard and getting them excited to show up for work. Warner was ranked No. 20 of the 100 businesses that made the cut.
