For the sixth time, Crain’s Detroit Business has recognized the firm as one of the top “Cool Places to Work” for large employers. Warner Norcross was selected for its commitment to work-life balance, workplace flexibility and excellent compensation and benefits package. Additional factors ranged from vacation time to support for community service to communication with supervisors.

Companies seeking consideration were administered two surveys. The first one asked company leadership about policies, practices and demographics. The second survey went to employees, and the data from that was analyzed by the Best Companies Group to determine the “Cool Places to Work” recognition.
