Corinne Sprague Appointed to the Grand Rapids Symphony Board of Directors

Grand Rapids, Michigan, July 5, 2023 – Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Corinne N. Sprague has been appointed to the Grand Rapids Symphony’s board of directors on May 28. The term is a three-year commitment.

Established in 1930, the Grand Rapids Symphony’s steadfast commitment of visionary community leaders has created an organization that has received national recognition for the high quality of its concerts and educational programs. It strives to be a more integral and indispensable part of the West Michigan community with its musical excellence, diverse programming, collaborative spirit and a commitment to learning. The Grand Rapids Symphony presents more than 400 performances each year, touching the lives of some 200,000.

Sprague is based in Warner’s Grand Rapid’s office and takes pride in helping family-owned businesses remain family owned through generational changes. She partners with clients to develop and implement governance structures, decision-making processes, compensation strategies and ownership transition plans that reflect the long-term goals of both the business and its family ownership group. Additionally, her practice encompasses corporate law, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. She also represents nonprofit issuers of securities (primarily in the impact investing space) with their debt offerings.
