The Commercial Alliance of Realtors West Michigan will host its annual summit on Oct. 1 at the Watermark Country Club in Grand Rapids. The conversation will cover all aspects of commercial real estate, evolving trends and future outlook.
Warner Norcross + Judd partner John A. MacKenzie will participate on the panel “Fair housing: Landlords and Tenants.” The discussion will focus on current fair housing laws impacting commercial structures, evolving ADA requirements, discrimination cases and other emerging issues.
At Warner, MacKenzie concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and real estate matters. His real estate practice focuses on contract disputes, boundary disputes, riparian rights and land use and development issues. MacKenzie counsels real estate investors, title insurers, agents, real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, surveyors, general contractors and developers on day-to-day legal matters.
