Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Cody A. Mott has been appointed to Opportunity Thrive’s board of directors.
Opportunity Thrive, a nonprofit based in Holland, Michigan, focuses its mission on building healthier staff cultures and more resilient educators in schools and districts across Michigan − to address the issues of burnout and retention of educators. Believing in intentionality, relevant data and human-centered design, Opportunity Thrive helps build systems that allow educators to thrive. He will serve a three-year term on the board.
Mott is based in Warner’s Grand Rapid’s office and is a corporate transactional attorney who focuses his practice in mergers and acquisitions, leadership transitions, entity formation and corporate governance, often serving as outside general counsel for small and mid-sized businesses.
