Alexander J. Thibodeau, an associate with the law firm Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been elected to a leadership role as an officer on the board of trustees for the Grand Rapids Art Museum.
GRAM works to connect people through art, creativity and design. Founded in 1910 as the Grand Rapids Art Association, GRAM has grown to include more than 6,500 works of art, including American and European painting and sculpture from the 19th and 20th centuries and more than 3,000 works on paper. Thibodeau, who served as a trustee since 2022, will serve a one-year term as co-secretary and treasurer of the board.
Thibodeau concentrates his practice on business law and litigation, representing clients in construction, real estate, insurance, commercial disputes and emerging technologies and providing strategy and tactical guidance to clients navigating high-stakes disputes.
