Marina Makanova is the Chief Operating Officer at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP. In this role, she partners with firm leadership to guide strategic priorities and oversees core business functions, including human resources, finance, business development and marketing, professional development, operations and information technology.

Marina brings extensive leadership experience in law firm management and legal operations. She has held senior leadership roles at global and national law firms and a Big Four accounting firm, where she advised executive teams on strategic and operational priorities, led organizational and process improvements, and implemented technology-driven solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.

Marina earned a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Science from The New School. She has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
