Lindsae Badgerow serves as Warner’s director of attorney recruiting, leading the firm’s attorney and paralegal recruiting efforts, law student hiring and summer associate program. She develops talent acquisition strategies that support the firm’s long-term growth objectives and manages the full recruiting life cycle for lateral associates, senior counsel, partners and entry-level attorneys — from identifying talent needs and sourcing candidates to overseeing interviews and developing offers.

Lindsae partners closely with firm leadership, practice groups and office leaders to identify and attract exceptional legal talent aligned with Warner’s culture, client service priorities and strategic goals. Through proactive candidate development, market analysis and a high-touch recruiting experience, she helps strengthen Warner’s position as an employer of choice in the legal market.
