Michigan

Josh Reuter is a litigation attorney who focuses primarily on complex real estate, commercial and environmental disputes, as well as appeals. A valued member of Warner’s Litigation Practice Group, Josh works on matters from the initial pre-litigation stages all the way through into the court room, and onto appeal if necessary. He revels in utilizing his hard work ethic and detail-oriented approach to ensure that he is moving any given case to the best outcome possible for his clients.

He approaches matters as if they are his own, always taking account of every important detail and exemplifying the hard work necessary to put his clients in the best position possible. Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Kalamazoo College and his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Michigan State College of Law. While in law school, Josh won seven jurisprudence awards in the following: Contracts, Advocacy, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, Pretrial II, Trial I and Trial II. He was also a finalist in the Donald Nystrom Best Brief Competition. His previous experience includes summer associate clerkships for Warner and Cooper &amp; Riesterer PLC. He was also an intern for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office.

Josh's litigation practice includes appearing and arguing both in federal and state courts, including appellate courts.
