Hadyn Pettersen is an associate in Warner’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across a range of industries. He has particular experience in supply chain disputes, environmental litigation, and class action defense. Hadyn has represented clients in the Michigan appellate courts and in the Sixth Circuit, including arguing before the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Warner, Hadyn practiced in Washington, D.C., where he advised clients in high-profile government investigations, product liability matters, complex maritime litigation, and trade secrets disputes. He previously clerked for the Honorable Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Hadyn earned his J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, president of the St. Thomas More Society, and a Sorin Fellow with the de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture. Hadyn received his B.A., cum laude, in history from the University of Notre Dame, with a supplementary major in medieval studies.
