Chelsea Brown
- Senior Counsel
I really want people to be able to plan for their lives — that’s what drew me to trusts and estates law. It’s important to have that security to make sure someone follows through with their wishes after they have passed. When good estate plans are attacked by bad actors, the litigator in me comes out. I draw on my skills as a planner to ensure their wishes are still coming through, even if it means mediation or probate litigation. In all facets of my practice, I strive to be as efficient as possible for clients so I can deliver what they need in a timely fashion. Communication is key — I don’t think you can overcommunicate.
Chelsea Brown loves waking up every day knowing she can focus 100% of her attention on trusts and estates law. Whether she’s creating an estate plan for a young couple welcoming their first child or helping seniors navigate the complexities of Medicaid, Chelsea appreciates the chance to use her skills to provide the best solution – and the best client service.
