As Chief Practice Management Officer, Carin Ojala leads Warner’s firmwide practice management function, overseeing practice group operations, knowledge management and the recruitment, training and development of legal talent. She works closely with practice group leaders and firm leadership to align talent, resources, knowledge and operations with the firm’s strategic priorities, supporting attorney growth and exceptional client service.

Carin has spent her entire professional career at Warner. She joined the firm as an attorney in 1994 and practiced corporate and commercial law for 11 years before becoming Warner’s first full-time Director of Professional Development in 2006. Since then, she has taken on increasingly broad leadership responsibilities focused on advancing the growth and success of the firm’s attorneys and practices.
