Husband and wife started a business during their marriage.&nbsp; In their divorce agreement, they agreed the wife would receive 25% of the value of husband&rsquo;s interest in the business when he sold the business or at his death, whichever came first.&nbsp; At his death, a dispute arose between the wife and his estate regarding the value of his interest in the business.&nbsp; A 2-day trial with expert testimony was held and the probate court adopted the wife/Warner&rsquo;s position resulting in a total victory for Warner&rsquo;s client.&nbsp; &nbsp;
