Warner Norcross + Judd LLP represented The International Pentecostal Holiness Church Extension Loan Fund, Inc. (IPHC ELF) in the offering of up to $65 million of savings certificates and fixed rate certificates for the 2023-2024 offering period.
IPHC ELF is a nonprofit church extension fund that, since 1958, has assisted the International Pentecostal Holiness Church by providing loans and investments to support the denomination&rsquo;s development. It will use capital raised in the offering of certificates primarily to loan money to local churches, conferences and other institutions of the denomination for their acquisition of property, construction or acquisition of buildings and other capital expenditures or operating needs.
