Successful Representation of Manufacturer in Negotiations with Striking Workers

Warner assisted a hardwood flooring manufacturer with collective bargaining negotiations and the resulting strike. During the strike, we assisted our client in hiring permanent replacement workers.  We worked with our client through the end of the strike when the union unconditionally accepted a proposal that was less favorable than the original employer offer that was rejected at the initiation of the strike.  Additionally, we successfully represented the employer in obtaining withdrawal or denial of numerous grievances resulting from the strike and the reinstatement of strikers.
