Sale of Industrial Buildings as Part of Business Division Sale

We represented our client in the sale of two industrial manufacturing buildings in conjunction with the sale of one of the client’s business divisions. This involved negotiating a real estate purchase and sale agreement, assisting client with depositing the proceeds of such sale with a 1031 exchange agent, negotiating a real estate purchase agreement for the new space into which the client was moving, and negotiating an asset purchase agreement for the sale of the business division.
