Represented Contractor in Defect and Delay Claims on Wastewater Treatment Project

Warner represented a general contractor in construction defect and delay claims brought by the owner of a wastewater treatment facility related to its construction of a biogas conditioning and generator system and other improvements to the facility. We negotiated a very favorable settlement, with the general contractor taking on no additional liability to resolve the owner’s claims.
