Representation of Kendall Electric in Forberg Scientific Stock Purchase

We represented Kendall Electric in its purchase of 100% of the stock of Forberg Scientific, Inc. This representation included preparing and negotiating definitive purchase documents and all ancillary documents. This transaction also involved the purchase of representations and warranty insurance (RWI). Warner assisted Kendall with the negotiation of the RWI policy and due diligence in connection with obtaining the RWI policy.
