Challenge to Estate-Planning Documents

We regularly represent clients in challenges to estate planning documents. In one case, we represented a decedent’s surviving wife in a multi-million-dollar case to set aside the decedent’s will codicil and trust amendment. The case concluded with a favorable settlement. In another case, we represented a decedent’s estate to challenge the validity of the decedent’s handwritten will offered by decedent’s neighbor. We obtained a favorable settlement for our client.
