Natural Gas Pipeline Acquisition of Properties by Condemnation

Warner served as counsel for Vector Pipeline LP in the statewide acquisition by condemnation of properties for the installation of a 42-inch interstate natural gas pipeline.

This project involved multiple separate lawsuits and hundreds of individual property acquisitions.
