Insurance – Policy Interpretation

Warner served as appellate Counsel, successfully defending a class action brought against an insurer, claiming violations of insurance policies.   The Michigan Supreme Court adopted an insurance policy interpretation advanced by Warner and reversed the lower courts' judgment against our client.
