We acted as borrower’s counsel in the issuance of limited obligation revenue and refunding bonds for a state college. The proceeds of the bonds were used to refinance existing debt and for the future construction and renovation of some of the college facilities. The bonds were sold to the underwriter for the purpose of a public offering of the bonds.
