We represent trustees in disputes involving claims of misappropriation of estate or trust assets. In one case, we represented a client in a case against a co-trustee alleging misappropriation of a valuable coin collection. The case that resulted in a jury verdict of $2.3 million against the co-trustee. In another case, a trust beneficiary sued the trustee (her brother) for misappropriating $8 million in trust assets. This case resulted in a favorable settlement for the beneficiary following appeal.
