Our work includes drafting a document management policy, taking inventory of your records and creating a schedule for retaining and destroying documents, including electronic versions.
We work with our client's legal and IT teams to create a data map and IT system inventory that determines:

<li>what documents exist.</li>
<li>where they are.</li>
<li>what should be preserved and for how long based on operational and legal requirements.</li>
<li>what may be destroyed immediately and who will be responsible for collecting this information.</li>
</ul>
Then we create policies to guide the document management process, including creating a litigation hold when necessary.
