Warner represented American Holoptics in its acquisition of EOTECH, a division of L3 Technologies, Inc. in a deal valued at approximately $42 million. Warner represented the purchaser on all aspects of the transaction. This complex transaction involved corporate law, tax law, employment law, intellectual property, securities, real estate and government defense regulations.
