Amici Curiae on Constitutionality of Traffic Stops

Warner represented the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys and other law-enforcement agencies as amici curiae on the issue of whether a police officer’s objectively reasonable mistake of law can provide reasonable suspicion sufficient to justify a traffic stop under the Fourth Amendment.
