Amici Curiae on Detaining Occupant During Search Warrant Execution

Warner represented the State of Michigan and 23 other states as amici curiae on the question of whether police officers with a warrant to search the premises for contraband may detain an “occupant of the premises” after they see him leave the premises just before executing the warrant.
