Alex DeYonker has represented clients for over 35 years in general corporate and securities law projects, including asset and stock transactions, mergers, public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting, board of directors fiduciary duty and planning issues, corporate governance and general contract and business law projects for publicly traded and private companies. Alex was executive vice president and general counsel/chief legal officer for SpartanNash Company from 2006-2015.

Alex was formerly the managing partner of Warner (2002-2005). Before his managing partner responsibilities, he was chair of the firm's Business and Corporate Services Practice Group.
