A Ban on Pokémon is Impossible

Hague calls for Niantic, the company that the game Pokémon Go has developed between eleven pm and 7 am no virtual Pokémonfiguren makes available on and around the Delta Square in Kijkduin. According to the US attorney Brian Wassom, author of  Augmented Reality Law, Privacy and Ethics may  augmented reality as an expression seen. And everyone in Netherlands and America right.

Many complaints about nuisance

Complaints about nuisance of Pokémonvangers can be found throughout the Netherlands. Kijkduin is the influx of players very very big: hundreds or sometimes thousands of people are in the area to play the game and take care of clutter and noise. The measures which prevent nuisance charges Hague is currently 1,500 euros per week, according to a response to council questions . Niantic has been approached several times to being the Pokémon not to appear again in Kijkduin, but the company does not make any sense.

Augmented Reality
Brian Wassom, a lawyer specializing in augmented reality, writes on his popular website Wassom.com that several lawsuits have been filed against Niantic. Wassom asks whether an owner of a tangible 'something', for example, a piece of land, building or a billboard, can anyone stop to produce digital content that is related to that 'something'.
