Managing Your Supply Chain During COVID-19

Warner partner Michael Brady and associate Katelyn Crysler provided an update on managing external relationships and supply chains after COVID-19. The full impact of COVID-19 on supply chains is still ongoing. Many companies may still face situations resulting in companies up and down their supply chain invoking a force majeure provision within a contract or agreement due to the impact of COVID-19 has had on every aspect of employment and operations.
In this webinar, we covered: a) how to handle potential supply interruptions from a contractual perspective; b) what contractual and practical risks are associated with potential supply interruptions; c) what is expected of your business if you, your customer or supplier has been shut down or slowed down; d) how to manage customers and suppliers as you get your business up and running again; and e) how to allocate capacity among your customers and establish priority among your suppliers.
