Kevin McCarthy is a Partner in Warner Norcross & Judd’s Kalamazoo, Michigan office. He has over 30 years of experience representing both public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He advises clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws and has successfully defended them in numerous employment actions in state and federal courts and agencies, as well as in arbitration proceedings. He has also been quite active in handling union representation elections for employers and negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements.

The first 60 minutes Kevin will present on the above topic. The remaining time will be devoted to Q&A and an insight into BASIC’s Services.
