Biography

Mark has diverse experience serving as corporate counsel to both private and publicly held clients.  He frequently serves as borrower’s counsel for complex financing transactions, including revolving and term loan facilities, issuance of senior notes, security and pledge documents and intercreditor arrangements.  Mark helped his borrower clients close over $3 billion in loans in 2018.
 
Mark also represents several lenders in credit facility transactions.  In addition, Mark represents clients in many corporate matters including commercial contracts, company formation, shareholder relations and acquisitions.
 
Mark is listed in Best Lawyers in America in the Corporate Law practice area.
 
He is the Chairperson of the firm’s Professional Staff Committee.  He is the past chair of the Recruiting Committee and past member of the Management Committee.
