Mark has diverse experience serving as corporate counsel to both private and publicly held clients. He frequently serves as borrower's counsel for financing transactions, including revolving and term loan facilities, issuance of senior notes, security and pledge documents, swap arrangements and intercreditor arrangements. Mark also represents clients in many corporate matters including commercial contracts, company formation, shareholder relations and acquisitions.

He is a current member of the Firm's Management Committee. Mark also serves as Chairperson of the Firm's Professional Staff Committee, which supervises all Firm associates and paralegals. He previously served as Chairperson of the Firm's Recruiting Committee (2001-05).
