Community Stewardship

Warner's most valuable asset which sets us apart from other firms, lies in the exceptional caliber of our people and our collaborative team approach. We extend this distinctive approach to our community giving efforts by providing support to organizations and causes where our attorneys are directly involved. By adopting this strategy, we not only contribute to the success of over 150 organizations, we foster a sense of purpose amongst our Warner family. Our attorneys are empowered to carry out meaningful work not only within the walls of Warner, but also in the very communities where their own families live and work.

While our firm members are the driving force behind our philanthropic endeavors, Warner has implemented a strategic framework to further guide our efforts. These pillars include Arts + Culture, Education + Development, Health + Human Services, Diversity, Equity + Inclusion, and Legal Aid. Moreover, we have recognized the importance of community engagement and philanthropy by appointing a dedicated full-time community relations manager – a role seldom found in law firms of our size. This demonstrates Warner's unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the community.

Since our inception in 1931, the firm has cultivated a culture of giving, and this long-standing tradition of stewardship has enabled us to forge enduring partnerships with organizations from their very beginnings.

Ciarra Adkins, AQUME Foundation President, expressed: "Warner financially supported AQUME Foundation well before we became known in the community as an up and coming Black-founded and Black-led nonprofit. Yet, what was even more precious to us was how Warner so willingly opened their network to AQUME Foundation, making several community connections that resulted in authentic relationships and tens of thousands of dollars being poured into our organization. AQUME Foundation cannot fully express the extent of our gratitude to Warner for intentionally bringing our president into rooms where we had no previous connections and lifting up our work.”
