Warner Partner Rachel Foster Selected Among Michigan Go To Lawyers

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Rachel J. Foster has been named one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly's 2021 Michigan Go To Lawyers in real estate and condominium law.

Nominated by their peers, Go To Lawyers are recognized for their expertise in their field and are well-versed in the nuances of the case law, statutes and regulations clients will encounter. They think creatively, are experienced and have a track record of success. They are also the lawyers to whom other lawyers make referrals because of their expertise and accomplishments.

Foster works in Warner’s Kalamazoo office and concentrates her practice in real estate transactions, including construction contracts, condominiums and foreclosures, low-income housing tax credits, real estate acquisitions and sales as well as financing and refinancing projects. She also advises numerous organizations across a variety of industries, including the nonprofit sector.

Originally a real estate litigator, Foster is known for her tactical hands-on approach to every project and her personal investment in getting successful results for her clients. She is active professionally and in the community, serving as co-chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s Commercial Development, Ownership and Finance Committee and Real Property Law Section as well as recently completing a six-year term on the Kalamazoo Valley Habitat for Humanity board.
