I find it incredibly rewarding to help family businesses navigate ownership disputes and other challenges that can impact not only business operations but also the interpersonal relationships and investments at stake. These situations often carry significant emotional weight, surpassing formal business concerns and requiring a deep understanding of the histories, dynamics and goals involved. By combining best practices, strategic legal counsel and, when necessary, effective litigation, I work with businesses to resolve disputes and overcome obstacles, always with a focus on achieving their goals. I, along with my colleagues at Warner, am dedicated to crafting tailored solutions that help our business community break through challenges and succeed.

“I have a lot of patience. This may get under opposing counsel’s skin sometimes, particularly if they are trying to push my buttons. But my hope and intention are that these qualities calm and comfort my clients. It is very stressful and emotional to get sued, so, if I can absorb some of that, I will do so.”
