Our offices are located on floors four through nine of the Fifth Third Center. The main reception area is on the 9th floor.

Downtown Directions

Directions From Ottawa Avenue Exit on I-196:

Ottawa Avenue is divided one-way South. Take Ottawa Avenue through the light at Michigan Street, past the orange-red Calder stabile (on your right). Park at the Fifth Third Center Parking Ramp on the right side. The Fifth Third Center is the last building on the end of this block.

Directions From Pearl Street Exit:

Take Pearl Street East (turn left from North, and right from South) to Monroe Avenue. Turn left (North) on Monroe Avenue and go through the light at Lyon Street. Fifth Third Center parking is on the right.

Area Directions

Directions From Gerald R. Ford International Airport:

Exit from Gerald R. Ford International Airport on John J. Oostema Boulevard (only exit road). Turn right at the light on Patterson Avenue and head North. Turn right at 28th Street (major intersection). Go under the expressway bridge and turn left onto the access ramp to I-96. I-96 splits into I-196 (left) and I-96 (right). Stay left and take I-196 to the downtown Exit 77C (Ottawa Avenue).

Directions From I-196 Traveling East:

(From Holland Area) Take highway I-196 East to Exit 77C (Ottawa Avenue).

Directions From I-96 Traveling West:

(From Lansing Area) Take highway I-96 West to I-196 West to Exit 77C (Ottawa Avenue).

Directions From I-96 Traveling East and/or US-131 Traveling South:

(From Muskegon Area) Take highway I-96 East to highway 131 South to Pearl Street exit.

Directions From US-131 Traveling North:

(From Kalamazoo Area) To reach the downtown area from the south, take northbound US-131 to Pearl Street exit.
