Turnaround Management Association’s Mid-America Regional Conference is hosted each spring by Chicago/Midwest, Detroit, Minnesota, Ohio and West Michigan chapters. The upcoming "Crafting a Grand Turnaround" conference marks the 17th annual gathering organized by TMA. It signifies a significant milestone as TMA brings this event to West Michigan for the first time. The event regularly attracts more than 250 restructuring professionals for panel discussions, an interactive “showcase” and various networking opportunities and receptions. Keynote speakers include Mike Jandernoa, former president/CEO of Perrigo Company and Andy Winkel, former CFO of Founders Brewing Co.
Liz Von Eitzen, partner in Warner’s Kalamazoo office, has been invited to speak at this year’s conference on a panel discussing receivership. Von Eitzen has held many roles within TMA – West Michigan including serving as chapter president in 2020. She focuses her legal practice on restructuring matters, bankruptcy proceedings and creditors’ rights litigation.
