MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers will host the annual Automotive Supplier Legal Trends Seminar on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at the Oakland Center in Rochester, Mich. Seasoned automotive supply chain attorneys from Warner Norcross + Judd LLP will present on legal insights and trends that supplier executives should understand and prepare for in 2024 as the industry continues to evolve.
Partner and co-chair of Warner’s Automotive Industry Group, Michael Brady, will lead the seminar. Partners Adam Ratliff, Dan Bonucchi, Linda Paullin-Hebden and Laura You will join Michael to cover leading and current legal issues including:
- What’s the current legal landscape six months after the AirBoss decision, and how can suppliers identify opportunities and manage risks in supply chain contracting?
- What legal implications should suppliers be thinking about when they, or a company in their supply chain, are assessing on-shoring or near-shoring?
- How should suppliers identify, mitigate and/or leverage risk in potential deals considering the current volatile market conditions?
- How should suppliers properly and timely handle program cancellations and obsolescence claims?
Senior supplier executives and automotive supplier in-house attorneys are encouraged to attend.
