The Greater Michigan Chapter National Black MBA Association will host the virtual presentation “Estate Planning: Demystifying Your Legacy” to go beyond just wills and trusts and dig into how individuals can establish their legacy and protect beneficiaries.

  • Is estate planning needed only after you die?
  • What is the difference between a trust and a will?
  • How can you avoid probate?

Lasenby is a trust and estate attorney who focuses on tax strategy and planning for individuals, families, family businesses and family offices. She has experience working with financial institutions, tax equity investors and lenders in transactions involving the use of tax investment tax credits.
